1. Are you unhappy with your teeth shape and colour?
It can be changed. If you have problems with faulty shaped or broken teeth, discoloured, or with small gaps between your teeth we have a solution - crowns.
- Whitening can change the unsatisfactory teeth colour.
- Porcelain facing can change shape and size of the teeth.
- Porcelain crowns on the metal (steel-alloy, silver-palladium, gold, titanium) or super aesthetic full-porcelain crowns without metal.
- Porcelain crowns on the galvanic gold (99,9% of pure gold) they are manufactured in high cosmetology in a process of so called electroforming.

2. Have you broken your tooth?
If the tooth break isn't broad we can apply new generation porcelain filling (inlay, onlay). The porcelain fillings are long-lasting, cosmetic, and precisely reconstructs the tooth tissues, they don't damage the parodontium, and are rubbing resistance.

If the tooth break is broad applying the crown-root insertion is necessarily and as a following it is cemented in the tooth root. Than on the crown part the porcelain crown is made-up. It might be porcelain crowns (with 99,9% of pure gold, without metal) or porcelain crowns with metal (gold-alloy, silver-palladium, steel or on the titanium).
3. Did you lose one or more teeth?
There are two ways to solve this problem. Implant completion is the first one.
The second one supplements the missing tooth with the bridge fixed to the adjoining teeth. Nevertheless it requires grind of the two adjoining teeth and three points porcelain bridge fitting.
The porcelain bridge is permanently connected to the teeth pillars and cannot be taken off by the patient. It absorbs similar space as the patient's tooth before. The grind of healthy teeth definitely is a disadvantage here.
4. Did you lose many teeth?
Implants are the only possibility of prosthetics supplementation permanently fixed (without taking them off).

The other one is removable prosthetics supplementation. At present, the frame dentures are most often used. Fixed on the special locks, bolts or telescope crowns. Their construction is metal with no clasps on the teeth which ensures that a good cosmetic effect and comfort whilst using is going to be achieved.
5. Are you toothless?
This problem can be solved by applying the implants (if the anatomical condition allows) with porcelain bridges on them.
When the patients can not afford the porcelain bridge we can apply the removable prosthesis. Generally there are no problems when we supplement teeth in a jaw. Thanks to the force of adhesion (the prosthesis suction to the palate) stability is preserved. In the case of lower jaw it might be more difficult as significant part of the denture bearing area disappears making the prosthesis functioning hard. What we do recommend in such a case is to apply only 2 implants, and after their healing put special locks to keep the prosthesis on the right place, and enable the comfort while eating and talking.
