Surgical methods of apical changes treatment

Apical changes (apical granuloma) arise as a result of dental pulp illness or as a result of not properly treated root canals. The name derives from the place where it is situated, namely around the apical resorption. Thereupon the root cyst may arise. 1. Apicectomy.

The surgical procedure here, is performed under the local unaesthetic. It consists of the cut and detachment of mucous membrane than cut of the apectomy, and very careful cut of a inflammatory changes.
